Our fees are determined in accordance with the criteria set out in the Internal Rules of the Paris Bar.

A fee agreement must be signed before any work or proceedings are undertaken.

The fee agreement may provide for payment on the basis of time spent or a flat-rate payment for simple procedures.

It may also provide for an additional fee depending on the outcome of the legal proceedings.

In all cases, the fees will depend on the amount of work involved, the complexity of the case, the degree of urgency, the client’s financial situation, etc.
