Constance Ambroselli
Attorney-at-law
Constance Ambroselli has developed recognised expertise in international criminal law and international business law, in particular with Latin American countries, for over 20 years.
She began her career in the legal department of Amnesty International in Buenos Aires (Argentina) as part of a project funded by the Paris Bar, in connection with her doctorate in international criminal law under the supervision of Professor Danièle MAYER at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She then practised during several years with the law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Buenos Aires (Argentina), where she was mainly involved in international business law, international environmental law, arbitration and mediation.
On her return to Paris, she worked at the law firm Poux-Jalaguier, developing mainly a litigation practice, before joining the team at Exequatur Conseil, where she set up the Latin American Desk, building on numerous partnerships with law firms in South America (Argentina, Brazil and Chile).
She defended the interests of foreign nationals in France before the French and/or foreign authorities and/or courts, and those of French nationals abroad, particularly in international criminal law and international business law, or in the context of international successions, as a partner of 52 Richelieu Avocats and Ethika Avocats.
Founder of CAB Avocats in 2017, she has created and developed international mutual cooperation alliances, particularly in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.
Since 2018, she is a real estate transaction lawyer, acting in connection with the acquisition/sale of real estate in joint ownership or inheritance. The rich experience she has accumulated through the various cases she has handled, together with her knowledge of the property market, enables her to offer her clients a service suited for the most complex transactions.
She has lectured in Paris and Buenos Aires in institutions such as the Franco-Argentine Chamber of Commerce, the French Embassy in Argentina and the Latin America Commission of the Paris Bar (e.g. a speech at Sciences Po Paris on feminicide in Latin America).
She is a member of the Alfa Business Forum Argentina-France, a member of the “Forum des Avocats franco-argentins”, a member of the “Avocats Corses du Palais” and of “Avocats sans Frontières”.
Since 2016, she is a member of boards of directors of French companies, and holds a certificate in corporate administration developed by the IFA in partnership with Sciences Po Executive Education.
